Monitoring HPC machines is integral to maintaining the health, capacity, and efficiency required of our clusters. Through Prometheus and Grafana, we monitor and display the state of our nodes, their CPU and memory usage, disk utilization, job status, and more.

How To Connect

Off Campus?

If you are not on campus, you'll need to first connect to the UW-Eau Claire VPN before you can access our computing resources.

Active Jobs App

1. Log into Open OnDemand - https://ondemand.hpc.uwec.edu
   
2. Navigate to Jobs->Active Jobs
   
3. Expand the details of your running job. At the bottom, you can see a summary of your job's CPU and memory usage provided from the metrics server.
