GTDB-Tk
Overview
GTDB-Tk is an open source toolkit providing objective taxonomic classifications for bacterial and archael genomes by assigning them to the Genome Taxonomy Database (GTDB). Its designed to efficiently classify large numbers of metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) from samples.
