Note: You can simply use module load qiime2 to activate the most recently installed version of this software.

Arguments / Options

This is a list of arguments for the QIIME 2 command that we wanted to highlight. Use qiime --help for a full list.

Option Description
--help Display the help message tha contains the command-line options and usage information.
--version Show the version and exit.
info Display information about current deployment.
tools Tools for working with QIIME 2 files.
view View a QIIME 2 Visualization. (Requires the use of Desktop mode)
