The Blugold Center for High-Performance Computing team is available to provide you with assistance with incorporating High-Performance Computing into your research or class projects. We are able to answer questions, provide information, train you and your colleagues, and provide technical support with any of your HPC endeavors. These are only a few ways we, the HPC team, can assist in enhancing your research or education experience.

If you would like to:

  • Request access to the BOSE supercomputing cluster
  • Install new or update existing software
  • Report an issue
  • Reserve a node for your classroom (faculty only)

Running into issues in Open OnDemand?

Did you know that we have a simple support ticket system built into Open OnDemand? This is very useful when you have issues with an interactive app such as Jupyter as it sends additional diagnostic information to us.

On your My Interactive Sessions page in OnDemand, which is where you launch running programs, click the "Submit support ticket" link.

You can also send us a generic support ticket under the Help drop down in the top right of every page.
